Privacy policy
Plain-English version: I collect only what I need to reply to you and to understand how the site is used. I never sell your information.

What I collect
Enquiry details you send me. When you use the booking form, I receive the name, email address, session type, and message you type. The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to my inbox. I use it for one thing: replying to you about your session.
Usage analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies; Vercel Analytics is cookie-free and anonymous.
Advertising data. The site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel so I can measure whether my ads work and show relevant ads to people who visited the site. The Pixel sets cookies and shares standard event data (like page views) with Meta.
Session insights. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages — anonymized recordings of general interactions (like scrolling and clicks) and heatmaps. Clarity automatically masks text and anything you type, so form entries and personal details are not captured. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever.
- I don't run accounts, store passwords, or process payments on this site.
- I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site.
Client photographs
Portfolio and gallery images on this site are published with the permission of the people photographed. If you're a past client and would like an image of you removed, email me and I'll take it down promptly.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies any time in your browser settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Manage how Meta uses your ad data at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Email me to ask what information I hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
How long I keep things
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to serve you as a client, then routinely cleaned out. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Vercel's standard retention settings.
